The Nissan Pathfinder is a three-row SUV that has been preferred among many Chattanooga-area drivers for several decades. In 2022, the Pathfinder’s appeal grows with the debut of its fifth generation. This next-generation model showcases beautiful interior and exterior updates and an improved powertrain.
On the exterior, the 2022 Pathfinder has a confident, squared-off look with a tall nose and a smooth hood. The grille is an enlarged version of Nissan’s V-Motion design. It is accompanied by dramatic headlights enhanced by a floating light bar above the primary units. The front end in select units has a skid plate and small foglights. The sides are notably well-defined. The smooth sides have definition around the fenders, and they are bolstered on the lower perimeter by thick molding. The rear has a roof spoiler and elongated, sharp taillights. Select trims add a rear skid plate and roof rails.
Inside the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder, the dashboard has been redesigned with a prominent, chrome-outlined center stack and a floating display screen. This unit is separated from the wide center console, which features the gear selector, a rotary drive mode selector, and other gear.
