We purchased a new 2022 Nissan Kicks from this dealership earlier this year. Our initial contact with the dealership was through the website as they had a Kicks in transit. The responses were timely, and the questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. So we took our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe there to trade and were able to reach agreement on numbers. Even though there was a hiccup during the delivery process, we were overall satisfied enough that we gave a perfect score on the Nissan survey. While discussing this transaction, I mentioned to our sales rep that we would be buying another vehicle in the near future. When a couple of vehicles showed up online in transit, I reached out to her but the responses were not as timely as before. I asked about talking to the finance manager in advance so I could discuss our situation. She gave me his information. I called that day but had to leave a message for him on his voicemail. I never received a call back. This may have been a technology issue, but the lack of a call back took us to another dealership to discuss our situation. We received a good approval for an in transit car, but the expected arrival date kept being delayed without explanation. This was NOT the fault of that dealership, but as our frustration grew, Daniel Davis, the general manager from Nissan of Chattanooga East, reached out to us about our concerns with our most recent experience. Daniel took a look at the inventory that was in transit that was close to what we had hoped to get from the other dealership. He found a Nissan Versa that was expected July 4th, but I wasn't confident as I had already seen another vehicle get pushed off several times. Then, as he said, "low and behold," that Versa showed up today (June 29th). I quickly sent our credit information to him, and we had what we needed to get our daughter in a car when we most needed it. Thank you Daniel for your help. Thanks to Alicia, our sales rep on both vehicles and David, the finance manager on the Versa deal. Hiccups happen, but when you make good on everything, it makes the whole experience great!
