The bold, capable Nissan Frontier introduced exciting updates in 2022 when its third generation launched. In 2025, this midsize truck continues to evolve with mid-generation improvements to its performance, functionality, and features. Its four trim levels include the S, SV, Pro-X, and SL. What can you expect from the updated Frontier SV?

On the exterior, the Nissan Frontier sports a new front-end design. This includes a redesigned grille and updated bumper. The grille is molded and rectangular, and it now includes a row of three metallic accents at the top. The molded grille connects to the grille cohesively. The paint color options also expand to include Afterburn Orange. Otherwise, the Frontier SV's look is the same as last year. The rectangular LED headlights feature upper and lower LED ribbons. The fog lights are also rectangular. The dark fender molding thickens at the top, and the fenders are strongly flared. The SV's features include 17-inch alloy wheels, a spray-in bedliner, and a household power outlet in the bed.

You can welcome more power when you tow weekend toys with your 2025 Nissan Frontier SV. The towing capacity grows to 7,150 feet in 2025. All 2025 Frontier trucks come with a V8, 3.6-liter gas engine, and this unit produces 310 horsepower with 281 pound-feet of torque. The rear-wheel drive is included for the SV trim level, or you can upgrade to a four-wheel drive. The system also includes a nine-speed auto transmission.

Inside, you will find additional updates. The SV trim level now has a 12.3-inch infotainment system screen, two-way power lumbar support, a tilt and telescope steering wheel, and a 360-degree camera.
