Performance
The Rogue is a solid, capable crossover that produces the smooth, confident ride that today's drivers want on the road. Its three trims pair a continuously variable transmission with a turbo 1.5-liter, three-cylinder engine. All include front-wheel drive and have the option for all-wheel drive. The 2023 Nissan Pathfinder's five trims draw 284 horsepower from a 3.5-liter, six-cylinder engine and a nine-speed automatic transmission. For all trims except the Rock Creek, drivers can choose between front-wheel and all-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is standard in the Rock Creek trim.
Appearance
The 2023 Nissan Rogue is visibly smaller than the Pathfinder as a two-row SUV. Its design is easy on the eyes with chrome accents and moderate curves from end to end. The chrome elements include the V-motion grille, the lower-front fascia, the lower door panel accents, and the integrated roof rails. The Rogue stands out on the road with its two-part LED headlights and the strong accentuation over the rear wheels. The 2023 Pathfinder has a comparable grille design and similar chrome accents, and LED headlights. However, it has a beefier, boxier look with a long, flat roof and more excellent definition over both the front and rear fenders. Its front chrome accent is also balanced with black molding.
