2025 Nissan Murano SV vs 2025 Nissan Murano SL

Serving Chattanooga, TN

With the launch of its fourth generation in 2025, the midsize Nissan Murano sports a new look, upgraded capabilities, and enhanced technologies. The trim lineup remains the same and includes the SV, SL, and Platinum. With so many improvements coming online in the 2025 model year, a closer look at the differences between the SV and SL trims is in order.

Performance

All three of the 2025 Nissan Murano's trim levels are well-engineered to deliver a smooth, responsive ride. The four-cylinder, turbo 2.0-liter engine generates 241 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. This engine mates with a nine-speed auto transmission. The SV has standard front-wheel drive and optional all-wheel drive. The SL has standard all-wheel drive.

Appearance

The redesigned 2025 Nissan Murano boasts gorgeous styling that is both modern and aerodynamic. The defined hood and arched roof enhance aerodynamics. Across the rounded front end, the wide V-motion grille is styled with a glossy black, layered pattern. On the grille's flanks, there are five layered LED lights. The slender LED headlights are set apart for a stunning look. The sporty look continues on the sides with crisp upper and lower definition paired with well-defined fenders. The SV comes with 20-inch wheels. The SL adds extra sound deadening.

Features

If you select the Murano SV, your SUV will be appointed with parking sensors, lane keeping assistance, adaptive cruise control, rear auto braking, a digital instrument panel, a push-button ignition, heated front seats, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a six-speaker sound system, forward collision warning, blind spot intervention, a rear cross-traffic warning with a blind spot alert and more. The Murano SL builds on the SV's features with a panoramic sunroof, enhanced adaptive cruise control, integrated Wi-Fi, a Bose sound system with 10 speakers, a surround-view camera system, driver's memory settings, and Google Maps with the navigation system.
