2026 Nissan Kicks vs 2026 Nissan Rogue
Serving Chattanooga, TN
Nissan’s lineup of crossover SUVs starts with the subcompact Kicks and is followed by the compact Rogue in 2026. Both of these models have engaging, individualized styles and are packed with features. After taking a closer look at what they offer, will you decide that the 2026 Kicks or the 2026 Rogue is a better choice for you?
Performance
Regardless of which of the three trim levels you select, the 2026 Nissan Kicks is outfitted with a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine. This system is linked to a continuously variable automatic transmission and produces 140 horsepower. The Kicks is outfitted with standard front-wheel drive.
The Nissan Rogue’s six trim levels all have the same powertrain. This is a three-cylinder, turbocharged 1.5-liter engine paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission. The pairing gives you 201 horsepower. Most trims are available with front-wheel drive, with optional all-wheel drive. However, all-wheel drive is standard for the Rock Creek and Platinum trim levels.
Appearance
The 2026 Kicks stands out on the road with its proud, modern design. This small model has an upright stance with subtle arches through the hood and roof. The sides boast flared fenders, a premium rocker ledge, and minor contouring. At the front end, the Kicks is designed with a long, rectangular grille featuring horizontal crossbars. These bars fade into similarly designed LED headlights.
The 2026 Nissan Rogue has a larger profile with sleek sides and defined back haunches. The hood cascades down to a V-motion grille with layered design elements. The innovative headlights have a narrow, triangular shape with an upper LED ribbon. A second LED light element operates independently of the main lighting.
Features
The Kicks offers true value with desirable features, including a 7-inch or 12.3-inch infotainment system screen, a 7-inch digital instrument panel, auto emergency braking, parking sensors, heated front seats, keyless entry, a wireless charging pad, wireless smartphone app connections, remote start, and more.
The 2026 Rogue is available with many of these features, as well as hands-free highway driving, a 360-degree camera, heated front and rear seats, a head-up display, a tri-zone auto climate control system, second-row sunshades, and several other features.
